Skylark

Having eaten at Skylark a few times previously (and it always being great!) I emailed them about having our wedding reception there. Well I’m so glad I did. Erina and her team were amazing. The food was exceptional (literally every single guest told me on the day or messaged me after, saying how great the food and staff were.) I had a vegan guest who said the whole meal was delicious and my 6 year old niece loved her specially made fancy chicken nuggets. Erina even boxed up some leftovers for us to take home for the dog!!! The whole afternoon was perfect and we now have a great place to go for date nights as Skylark will always be special to us.

Owned by the loveliest couple - went for brunch with my sister. The food was incredible and such a chill welcoming vibe. 100% recommend, great prices for great quality food! Will definitely be back soon :)

Fantastic spot in Eastbourne, our favourite place to go for brunch and can’t wait to try out the dinner menu soon! The pancakes were insane, really recommend the blueberry ones, cortado was spectacular and my girlfriend said she loved her pear juice. Thank you to the young man on the bar as his service was so lovely which is hard to find these days :)

Had a delicious brunch at Skylark today! The owners Daisy & Dylan were super friendly along with the waiting staff, Skylark was super cosy, the food was DELICIOUS and very good options for vegetarian & vegan. We had the French toast and the vegetarian full english (with vegan sausage) and it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had as a vegetarian! Also had a hot chocolate and the most delicious Honey Cinnamon Latte! This was a gifted meal via our Eastbourne Instagram page @eastbourne_insta but with no obligation to post or review… it was just simply that delicious I had to! Also as new parents, the fact they have a baby change in the toilet was great!

I’ve been to this café several times now, and the English breakfast is always great. The sausages are especially good, full of flavor and cooked well. The whole meal feels fresh and satisfying. The service has been really good every time too, which makes it an easy place to return to.

My husband and I had brunch here. He ordered the Full English breakfast, and I had the pancakes. The food was delicious and very well cooked — I’d say the pancakes were some of the best I’ve ever had! The service was extremely friendly and attentive. At the end, though, it got a bit embarrassing… We were just opening the door to leave when someone called out from the counter, “You haven’t paid yet!” How embarrassing! We completely forgot!!

Impeccable. A family get together all ages. 14 people for lunch on a Saturday. Everyone had a different main dish and each of us thought our food was 10/10. Great cocktails, great non alcoholic drink list. Kind service with a smile.
